Project overview
The modernization of this existing institutional project to have an updated MEP service system that meets the requirements for providing specifications for modern educational technology was a multi-phase project completed without altering the core structure of the institution. The phases included structural integrity review, the design of modified loading criteria, supporting the modernization and renovation phase of the building to accommodate MEP services, and the documentation of the precise interior finish.
The modernization and renovation of institutional buildings that were completed by Outlook Designheed Consultants Pvt. Ltd. were developed to meet the professional requirements of the owner and, at the same time, to provide for technical accuracy using STAAD Pro and ETABS for structural capacity verification, AutoCAD MEP for the drawings of contemporary building services, and MS Excel and MS Project for strict control of the deployment schedules.
