- Use our online platform, and/or
- Take advantage of the career services offered through our website.
1. DATA COLLECTION
The only data we will collect will be information needed to provide you with educational programs and assistance in finding jobs or new careers.
- Account Information: We collect your account information, including your name, email address, phone number, and encrypted login credentials.
- Professional Information: Resumes, portfolios, previous education history, and examples of work to help you in furthering your career or obtaining a new position.
- Payment Information: Card information will only be collected to process payment through a secure third-party (encrypted) payment gateway and will not be stored in our database.
- Usage Information: Information related to how you have used the site (IP address, browser type, whether you have completed a lesson, and other data) will be collected to improve your experience on the site. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your data will help us provide the following with respect to your education:
- Manage access to courses, track submissions of projects, and provide certifications of completion.
- Connect you with corporations for potential hiring and employment opportunities.
- Improve our software workflow, curriculum (Technical and Software), and student access.
- Send you important course-related updates, transactional receipts, and program announcements.
3 .COMMUNICATIONS & OPT-OUT RIGHTS
By providing your contact information and registering on our platform, you consent to receiving automated notifications (including emails and SMS or WhatsApp reminders) concerning your course activities.
- Unsubscribing from Promotional Text Messages: You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from us at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribing from Emails: Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email that we send to unsubscribe from email notifications to your email address.
- Your Mobile Number and Personal Data Will Remain Private: Under strict privacy controls, we do not automatically share, sell, or rent out the mobile numbers or personal data associated with our customers with any third-party entities for use in their independent marketing initiatives.
4 .DATA SECURITY AND SHARING
Your data is securely stored under AES encryption and encrypted at rest. We will only allow access to your information to the following:
- Vendors we trust (i.e., cloud hosting, email service engines, and payment processors) that we rely on to operate our platform.
- Our approved AEC hiring partners to whom you provide explicit consent to coordinate placement drives.
- Legal authorities, as required by laws or court orders.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You maintain full control over your personal data. At any point, you can request to:
- Access, review, or copy the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update any inaccurate profiling or contact information.
- Permanently delete your student account and records (subject to statutory legal or bookkeeping exceptions).
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with applicable legal obligations (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
7. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
